Event Details
If you are a skater attending an event or scrimmage outside of Canada you are required to pay $5 a day to use the World Wide portion of our travel insurance policy. Yearly membership provides coverage for events within Canada.
Ensure you purchase multiple $5 if you are traveling for more than one day.
If you are a Canadian skater who also skates on a U.S. league/team, you must purchase the same insurance as the league you skate with in the U.S. You may not use WFTDI Canada travel insurance to cover you with the U.S. league you are a member of.

Once you have paid you will be required to email lesleymcd@wftdi.com the location of the event and dates for the invoice to be manually updated. We need to know what days you will be skating, location of event, what the event is (scrimmage, bootcamp).
This form is only for individual skaters. Teams traveling are required to submit through the portal
